I visited my Consultant's clinic on 23 October with carpal tunnel problems. He was a lovely man who put me at ease immediately and recommended surgery. He was even so polite as to shake my hand as I left clinic. My surgery was scheduled for the following Monday and from start to finish, I was put at ease by the staff in the Day Surgery unit and the Consultant's team. The operation was a complete success and I would recommend Burnley General any day for this type of operation.
