Through the Covid situation staff have maintained a high standard of care, dignity and support.

Communication by email and phone while not able to visit has been met so reassuring our loved one is not alone and abandoned.

I sincerely thank the whole team from the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, admin careers and support staff etc and of course the wonderful manager who has kept the team together.
