I had a fall at home and waited over 1 day before calling an ambulance as could not weight bear on leg. I was anxious about going into hospital because of Covid. Paramedics were great and A and E also. I was found to have broken hip so transferred to Ocean View to await surgery. Their care was so good. After operation transferred to Sharp Ward and all care was excellent from all the Drs ( Surgical and Medical),Nurses, Physiotherapists and ancillary staff.I am now at home and feel fully recovered. Felt safe and secure in the hospital and had 3 Covid tests.
