I just wanted to contact you to place on record my thanks and gratitude
for the outstanding quality of care, service and treatment I received this
morning when I underwent an endoscopy conducted by my surgeon.
From the moment I entered the premises, I was impressed by the cleanliness
of the premises, the efficiency of every single person I encountered and the
general sense of pride and diligence which the staff displayed.
