I got in touch with One Recovery in September and by October had a keyworker allocated, Caroline. Within a couple of months I had reached goals we agreed upon as we went along and I was moved onto the recovery network.

In the time I worked with Caroline, though it was always by phone, she was a great help and very supportive. There were times I thought I had let her and others down but I was reminded that of course I was there for myself and had to focus on myself. The drinking went back to how it should be, or was, prior to it worsening. I'm hoping to keep on this same track and I owe Caroline a great debt.
