I had been seeing the same Rheumatologist for 3 years up until recently when my Rheumatologist changed. I had my first telephone consultation with them not long ago and they made me feel like I was wasting their time. I felt like they did not believe me. I also don't think they read my notes properly.
They did, however, telephone me on time.
