"Unable to Register/No contact"

About: Harborne Medical Practice

Tried to register online back in October. Never heard back & could never get through via phonecall.

Very dissapointing when i needed to sign up as my medication was running out and had just moved to the area. I understand some surgerys won't have capacity but to not even respond is very poor. Did not want to visit surgery personally as Covid 19.

For patient confidentiality I will not respond directly to the above and advise the patient to contact reception.

For others reading this comment. Whether registering online or at reception desk we do not write / contact to confirm registartion and it can be assumed you are registered. The phone lines are very busy at present especially at 8am and 2pm but we are open 8-8pm during the weekday and on Saturday mornings. I would advise the above patient to phone again.
