"Cant get past the receptionist"

When you call with an issuer and are on hold for 50 minutes then told by a receptionist to use e-consult, which you do which then tells you to call your Doctors Surgery, 111 just the same having called them to be told you need to contact your Doctors Surgery - absolute waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear patient,

thank you for your comment. I would be grateful if you could make contact with the surgery and advise reception that you had completed an econsult. All completed econsult documentation is received by the practice that a patient has submitted for a GP to assess.

The practice is following guidance for patients to use econsult as another healthcare provider may be able to assist the patient with their ailment or query.

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please speak to the Practice Manager who would be happy to help.
