About: Specialist Nursing Services / Community Matrons, Nottingham West

(as a service user),

I found myself falling ill around Christmas and soon was told that it was serious, I thought It was game over, until I had the good luck to have a community matron assigned to me, after a few visits. she ( Kath) had me feeling positive and up best even though this terrible lock down, she is in constant contact with regular visits and phone calls, now Iv a better out look on things, and knowing I can’t call up for help advice, it just from the community matron but other people the matron has put me in touch with she all always inquires into my mental Heath as well as my physical side all all they do an amazing job

Thank you Biggest T for your feedback and hearing how you have been supported by Kath the Matron and found the other advice helpful. I am glad that you are now feeling better.

I hope you continue to feel better with support when you need it.

Best wishes.

Deb Tyler Clinical lead.
