"Absence of contact details"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

I have this morning received two letters from HH Nephrology Dept, both dated 15 Feb, regarding appointments at OutPatients. Both require a reply and indicate that I should make email contact but neither gives an email address. !!

Could you please get your admin staff organised.

Many thanks for your posting on NHS Choices regarding Hammersmith Hospital and the Renal department. I am sorry to read that no email contact was supplied on either letter. I will forward your comments to senior management in the Renal department and request a response.
