"Staff were really helpful"

About: NHS Louisa Jordan

(as a relative),

My sister who has poor mobility and is profoundly deaf had to attend the Louisa Jordan for her Covid-19 vaccination.

When taken to the drop off point Graham one of the car park attendants on recognising her disabilities organised a wheelchair for her and near by parking to ensure she did not have to walk to far. All the car park staff were really helpful and demonstrated NHS values, makes such a difference when the whole team do this. Once in the hospital she received a safe effective service- thanks NHS GGC !

Dear Jellybean1604

Thanks for getting in touch to tell us about your Sister getting her vaccine at the Louisa Jordan.

I'm delighted and encouraged to hear it was a positive experience for you and your sister and that the car park staff were so helpful and organised a wheelchair for your Sister. I hope this made your visit a bit easier for both of you. I will share your comments with the Vaccination Team.

Please pass on my best wishes to your Sister.

Take Care

Nicole
