Up until the recent arrival of new practice manager.This surgery was a joke.Rude staff/administration staff were giving advice & instructions as if they were doctors.Prescriptions v rarely on time & more than often incorrect.When challenged wouldn’t admit to fault & blamed other staff.as they refused to give their names when they answered the phone.
New manager has listened to our concerns & acted promptly to sort the staff out .To our delight since our conversation with her we have had 3 weeks problem free .This new practice manager seems to be seriously sorting the incompetent staff out ,at long last
