Concerned that an 80 year old patient reporting breathing difficulties and recording extremely high blood pressure ( which has been reported to the practice) has not had a call or telephone consult from their GP . When trying to contact over the last few days the line is ringing a flat tone indicating a telecoms problem. No update offered on the website providing patients with an alternative contact ! Very poor service leaving an elderly patient very anxious. Having read other reviews about this practice I am very concerned about the running of this practice and services offered. A review into management practices will be requested.
