Would personally recommend the doctors I have dealt with at the surgery which is why I stay having a complex medical history for family member. However having to deal with the practice manager, some of the reception staff and ANPs can be highly stressful and upsetting. Over many years, 9 out of 10 times when I have to speak/deal with the staff (not doctors) there is generally an issue, such as being giving someone else's prescription attached to yours (twice), sending letters to the wrong hospital, not correctly recording important medical information or providing incorrect information - there are many more but I will limited to a few examples.

This has been going on for years so these are not just incidents from the stressful last 12 months that everyone is experiencing.
