I can never get an appointment to see my GP this was before COVID. When you telephone the GP it rings continuously, I have to go to the reception physically to book an appointment. Now I feel when I am ill its is an effort to speak to the GP as no one ever picks the phone for an appointment or for the GP to speak to you.

Unfortunately this comment was left anonymously so difficult to help directly - but if you are encountering problems please call me Nicky Young 01206 517106 and I will do my best to help.

We are always trying to improve systems and have recently reviewed and increased the number of appointments available for emergencies on the day; but we have also had problems - we recently had 16 people off sick over a period of 2 weeks which impacted on the service we were able to offer.
