Despite the clear pressures the whole of the NHS is under, I had only first class treatment from the staff in Endoscopy today. Caring, compassionate and keen to explain what was happening at each stage, and the results at the end.
Great team working too - an efficient operation where the communication between the staff is effective which contributes greatly to patients being reassured.
