"Excellent service"

I am so impressed by the service provided by the Rheumatology service. I need to have a procedure, following tests it was identified I needed to have a course of medication before hand this can go ahead. This was explained over the telephone and the nurse arranged for the pharmacy to send someone out with the medications to me. I had a query that I wanted answering I left a message and the nurse called back the next day after looking in to my question. Thank you.
