"not a service I'd recommend "

Very frustrating demoralizing experience I wouldn't reccomend anyone using the service.used to be an excellent service.but sadly there is no care coordination disinterested rude and patronizing seem to be the new way to approach you if you need their support.At a time when peoples mental health is suffering.I have been left perplexed at an approach not suitable for my needs wasn't able to do zoom through not having the right technology.The next thing I know is I'm being told "we've done all we can for you your on medication good bye"ive had no proactive support for quite sometime..I now feel very abandoned.
