"I love them all as family"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a service user),

I use to drink every hour everyday all the time, for a considerable length of time, I became physically dependant and one recovery helped me and today I am proud of being 230days sober so far, all the group leaders volunteers and other patients are all so helpful caring and they genuinely care

We laugh cry share and trust eachother

I love one recovery bucks because without them all I'd be dead by now,

I still struggle but I'm blessed by God that there is a service better than mental health orb care and I love them all as family! They deserve an award for not letting us give up, they're honest as they can be and they never judge!

Thankyou ORB

Going to miss the 6pm groups with Marios but it's hoping to start up again. When restrictions lighten of course.

I have been diagnosed with

Eupd

Depression

Anxiety

Alcoholism - withdrawals

Bulimic anorexia

Self harm previous

But now I'm waiting on mental health to. Work on these, but with one recovery they still help as much as they can.

The NHS and ORBucks deserve so much more than a pay raise etc I wish I could get them all on TV and get everyone and myself to thank them all extremely

I'm 26yrs old and I still struggle but online groups really help while in covid19

And I can't wait till we can go to coffee morning on a Friday and chat!

THANKYOU TO ALL THOSE IN MY CARE AND TO THE STAFF, VOLUNTEERS AND OTHER SERVICE USERS XXX,

Thank you so much for your feedback Samantha M.

To hear how our ORB service has helped you through these COVID-19 times, has put a massive smile on my face. 230 days sober is an absolutely phenomenal achievement - well done!

Our staff team and service users have really embraced moving to digital platforms and remote working, all to ensure we continue to run a safe, caring, responsive and effective service.

We have tried, as much as possible, to cater for all our clients with our remote group offer. At ORB we are regularly reviewing our treatment offer and pathways, based on service user and staff feedback.

We are also relaunching our service user feedback group - now called Your Voice, please attend and help us develop our service.

I will share your feedback across ORB.

Keep doing what's working for you. Stay safe.
