"Poor post-natal care"

Had to ring multiple times about infected c-section scar, leading to a prolonged period without treatment.

It took 5 separate calls to book my 6 week appointment. My health visitor said I needed a face to face appointment (due to c-section infection) but this was essentially refused by the GP receptionists, who insisted I have a call instead. They failed to book the call on several occasions, and I had to repeatedly call to remind them to book it in. It’s been over a fortnight since I should have had my 6 week appointment.
