"Planned Caesarean with wonderful staff"

After predicting my baby was measuring large, it was decided the safest option for delivery would be via c-section. From the start of having this booked in, the level of support and professionalism provided was of the highest standard. With Covid-19 impacting services and departments requiring to adjust their procedures, it did not feel to me that I was negatively impacted at any step. Every member of staff were so kind, so supportive and just brilliant at putting a very anxious mother at ease. The enhanced recovery programmed ensured I was home with my newborn as quickly as possible and the contact from my midwife has been fantastic, ensuring I am recovering well. Thank you!
