Please consider your loved one in their twilight years, all is not what it appears sadly. We experienced so many mistakes completely unbelievable at the cost of my relative, records errors, medication error, missing items, not kept up to date with information, showers you are told you can choose but this is not the case. Residents woken 5.45am in there 90's as the regime is night staff are expected to get all the showers done before day staff start in the morning. Who wants a shower at 5.45am 6am in the morning, Entertainment poor not enough for residents to engage with this was before covid I point out No mini bus for trips out. So please do think very carefully and check care plans every month to ensure information correct.
