They’ve helped so much over this past year and the new Assistant Practice Manager in particular has been absolutely amazing, especially as I’ve been trying to care for my elderly grandfather. Helping look after someone with a lot of underlying health conditions is quite complicated. The Assistant Practice Manager been absolutely fantastic in helping me sort out referrals and making sure appointments are arranged with the same GP each time (to improve continuity of care). Also needed some medical letters sorted on a few instances and have always received a call back within the hour. We’re in one of the worst hit boroughs’ in London throughout the covid-pandemic – our local hospital Northwick Park was actually the first in the country to declare a critical incident running out of beds during the first wave – so we’ve had to really rely on our GP Practice these last 12 months.

I note some of the less positive reviews are from a year or two ago before the new Assistant Practice Manager took over, so I’d advise reading them with caution. All I can say is that is that I’ve only experienced complete and upmost professionalism from her. Always goes above and beyond - there was one time when we needed some medications and we got a call back within about 20 minutes saying a prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy downstairs and was ready to collect.
