"Waiting for treatment"

About: Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I've been waiting for appointment with OT for FOUR months. I called them many times- they answer was that they are busy. My appointment with a consultant was cancelled without informing me I try to contact with a Practice Manager- unanswered. but they informed me that my case has been highlighted.

I am very sorry to hear of your concerns; that your appointment with a consultant has been cancelled without communication with you and that you have had such a wait to see an OT.
