(as the patient),

Went in really nervous and my worries were put at rest when met by David and Ildiko. What bubbly and funny staff they made me relax and explained in detail what was going to happen, how it would feel and what to do once the procedure was done. Great staff who made a procedure easier and stopped me from panicking.

I have told Ildiko and she is delighted to hear you thought we did well, to the extent she asked for a print out!

Hopefully everything is going as planned and you are didn't find it too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off.
