Hi,
My elderly father had to attend with paraphimosis.
Nurse in charge on front desk was friendly and reassuring, triage well done and timely and doctor who treated dad ( Gareth I think) really put him at ease and was especially kind, considerate and managed his treatment without Dad needing a prolonged stay.
Reassured to be living near this excellent A&E dept.
