I attended this surgery today for a vaccination. Not being my usual surgery I did not know what to expect.

I cannot say thank you enough to the team there! From the people in the car park organising the high volume of traffic, to the staff carrying out the vaccinations everyone treated me with amazing care and respect. I have difficulty walking and the gentleman in the car park ensured I got inside safely and when I had difficulty with the seating inside I was helped again. It was such an easy and organised experience.

They are all currently working in a very difficult world but are doing a fantastic job!

thanks so much for your kind words, particularly noting the stellar job our volunteers are doing. We were very fortunate in being in the first wave of vaccination sites for the city, so have been vaccinating since December 15th - and have managed to vaccinate over 12 thousand local residents to date.

We are always refining our approach, trying to make the experience as pleasant and streamlined as possible, so thanks once again for giving this feedback - it is really positive for the staff to hear this.
