"Abominable quality of service"

Well where to start?..... I wouldn't

recommend this surgery to anybody!!!

1. You can never get an appointment, always booked solid

2. Mess with repeat prescriptions, loose them, send them to wrong pharmacy and when you call to find out where it is, all you get is “they have been sent to your pharmacy, you call and ask”

3. When you can book appointments, they call and cancel telling you they will call you with new appointments, which they never do

I am supposed to have blood test every 3 months, they canceled the last one last year and I haven't had my bloods checked in over 12 months now, no one has called, cant get an appointment to see nurse????

Booked in for vaccine for it to be canceled day before then next day receive text telling me to go for my vaccine, rang to check if it was correct to be told they read from wrong list when booking appointments?... does no one check, surely they in breech of their procedures??

I wouldn't advise anyone joining this surgery.

Staff are rude, self opinionated and condescending, talk to you as if you a child!!!’

So do yourself a favour, do sign in to this surgery EVER!!!
