"Awful"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

My mum is currently in hospital and the communication is shocking. I understand they are busy, but no one calls back when they say they will, I’ve been waiting for a dr to call for two days. I feel like they are not looking after my mum at all, they just don’t seem to care. Never before have I seen anything like this. I really hope she gets better quickly so she can get out of there.

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm sorry to hear first of all that your mother has had to be admitted to hospital. It's also disappointing to hear that you have not had good communication with the ward and the team looking after her and I would like to apologise in the first instance for the distress this has caused.

Please do contact our PALS team if you are still having difficulty in speaking with the team. You can call them on 020 8869 5118 - if they are unable to answer the phone then do leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
