"Poor practice"

I am really thinking of changing doctors' surgeries because the doctor, is extremely rude. Every time I call about having my contraceptive implant removed, they keep telling me to call back next month so I do and get the same result. I want to have my implant removed because it is making me extremely paranoid about being pregnant. I just want my implant to be removed it is really to much to ask for. Also the last couple of times I have tried to call the surgery I can never get through it is like my number has been blocked.
