"Amazing Care"

At a very difficult time in my life, I have felt I couldn’t have received a better service.

Every member of staff has been caring, professional and so aware of what you are going through.

At times I have had lots of questions, and also not in control of my emotions, but this is naturally taken into account by the surgeon and nurse.

Appointments are never rushed, despite it sometimes obviously being busy, and I feel treated as a unique patient.

The amount of literature given and points of contact are always to hand.

Cancer can make you feel very lonely, despite all your friends and family being around you.

However, having the professional care and support of a given named nurse is such a support. The whole team are so calm, and my nurse has coped with my display of different emotion.

Thank you to everyone and my amazing female surgeon. I feel that I could not have been looked after by anyone, any better.

I have still got a long way to go, but I just know I am in good hands.
