"Let down"

As my 4 yr old daughter was sick her Dad rang for an appointment in which we had a call back for the doctor to get us into a Covid centre,we awaited a phone call for a few hrs so called back to be told the centre will be getting in touch with us.Awaiting another couple of hrs my partner then walked into the doctors to be greeted with terrible attitude from a staff member on the desk who simply just said to wait & if don't hear anything by a certain time to ring 111. We did this straight away to which they sent an Ambulance & we were took to Birmingham Children's Hospital where we were for 4 hrs having tests to be told she had Gastroenteritis,sent home & booked Covid test the next day.Seems alot of Drama & scaring my 4 yr old as to which could have been avoided if the Doctor & Receptionist took more concern rather than just referring to her as a possible Covid case.Very disappointed in the treatment received this time & its not the first time the Receptionist spoke with such terrible attitude.
