"Don’t book in here "

I received a letter telling me to arrive at 7am and not to have eaten from the night before or drank from 6am. I arrived at 7am shown to my room, surgeon came to draw on me and nurse took my details saying I’d be seen at 12:30. It’s now 3pm and I haven’t had any update, I’m lonely, worried, really thirsty and hungry and starting to feel really unwell. Been sat in my room for 8 hours now with no further information
