"Very good!"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

I had my son there 12.09.19 and the midwives there were so lovely! I was 18 at the time & they calmed me down loads & made me feel at ease. I will be having my next baby there too! However there are some negatives, they did rush my mum out straight after I’d given birth so that my partners mum could come in which I wasn’t happy about, they also didn’t offer formula when I couldnt breastfeed and when I said it was too painful to feed they put in my notes that I refused to feed him which is far from the truth. But all in apart from the odd nurse making little comments they were all really nice and I would recommend them!

Dear Madam

Thank you for your very helpful feedback regarding your experience with our Maternity department in 2019.

It was great to hear that on the whole you were pleased with the care you received and that you will be planning to have your next baby with us as well. Thank you also for the issues you noted that we could improve upon, I will make sure all of your feedback is shared with the senior team in Maternity and thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Kind regards

Peter Hare
Patient Services Manager
