"Terrible practice"

All appointments have been negative here. The practice partner doctors are useless.
In addition they refused to temporarily register an overseas elderly family member who has been with us for over 12 months. It is discouraged that practices to refuse registration based solely on this, and I know an overseas request to register is within legal rights!! They provided no explanation whatsoever. A frail elderly lady refused under what reasons?!!

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience at the practice. If you would like to write to the Practice Manager with your full details we shall be able to respond to you personally, and investigate this matter in full. Once again we apologise that you were not happy.
