"Great response to difficult times"

I would like to compliment the practice for the highly efficient and patient responses over this difficult year. I have found the seamless transition to a mostly online service and establishment of the MyGP app to be a very effective way of enabling patient interaction.

My wife and I had our Covid jabs last week and were much impressed with the efficient and effective way of handling the throughput. We are aware of the stresses that PHGH staff are under at present so to cope with the demands of mass vaccination was highly impressive and all was done with friendly attitude. Well done to all.
