"Excellent Care"

I am an asthmatic patient & suffered an attack in the early hours on New Years Day & I realised from previous episodes that I also had a chest infection. As soon as the pratice opened on Mon 4th Jan - I called at 8am & within 20 mins - a doctor had called me back & organised my steroids & antibiotics. She also checked up on me a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. She also arranged for me to have an additional prescription, which is my "rescue pack" in case I have another episode & arranged a asthma review. Due to the current covid situation, all my appointments were telephone based and the care & attention I received was excellent, from the receptionist, doctor & asthma nurse. Many thanks to you all - sorry I can't remember your names.
