I would like to say a huge thank you to the ambulance team & the 111 operator who turned up to help my husband. The 111 operator was efficient, kind & had an ambulance on the way rapidly. The ambulance team were with us, through a blizzard, & were kind but efficient. They assessed my husband very quickly, reassuringly & kindly, got him loaded & stable & we're away - a long way round because of the weather. Thank you
