"Suspicious leg lump and neck cyst removal"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was very nervous going to hospital to get a leg lump and neck cyst removed.   Kirsty and Joanne looked after me so well, I cannot thank them enough.   Kirsty explained everything really well and put me at ease.   Joanne held my hand whilst I had the injections and it really helped.   It was good to have a chat during the procedure, which helped keep my mind off it.   I was very impressed with how I was looked after and the whole experience was much less scary than I thought it was going to be. I was given good after care advice and instructions for my stitches removal.   Thank you Kirsty and Joanne for caring for me so well, making it in through the snow and working during Covid.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback and I have shared this with the team.

I am pleased we were able to make the whole experience better for you, we do like a chat.

I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again

Kirsty
