I was very pleased with the treatment from the Royal Victoria Dundee.

I had a visit from the doctor and two times from the nurse and both were excellent. They came as soon as they said they would and the care was all spot on. I just wanted to thank somebody.

They were very attentive. The biggest thing was that they actually sat and listened to me, to all my issues. Such a great help, somebody to actually listen.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback about your experience with the Dundee Enhanced Community Support Acute Team (DECS-A) which is based at Royal Victoria. We are a novel service which has only been set up over the last 2-3 years and our aim is to aspire to provide hospital level care in the comfort of the patients home. We are a team that thrives to provide holistic care and are humbled by your kind and supportive words. This feedback will support us develop our service and continue to perform to a high standard.

We welcome all feedback to allow us as a Team to develop the service to our patients needs and I am glad to hear that you felt listened and supported by DECS-A.

I will share this feedback with all my Team members and ensure we strive to provide a high level of care at all times and listen to the needs of our patients.
