My 27 year old son died two weeks ago. He had Duchene muscular dystrophy. He used this wheelchair service for about 20 years, starting with a manual wheelchair until he required an electric one.
Over that time I have had an excellent service from them. If a problem arose with the chair they were always helpful in repairing it. They gave me advice on how to meet airline standards when going on holiday and adapted the chair in such a way it made it easier to disconnect the battery for air transport. On one occasion they gave us a charger that was compatible with American voltage, saving me the expense and difficulty of finding one.
The team attitude has always been helpful and considerate. I simply want to thank them for their excellent service over a good number of years.
