"Terrible experience"

Today in the morning I was in Thomas and Guy dental hospital. I had terrible experience and I stressed out a lot. I have been referred here from my dental practice since August, 2020 with a strong toothache and a bunch of other problems. My appointment was only today because of different reasons and not because of me. Since that time I lost that tooth and had the expensive treatment for another one in private clinic. 

I had a hope that all in all today I will have some treatment for another toothache or some other serious problems. 

My appointment started with one dr and suddenly another one came to us, had a quick look to my paperwork from my dental where information was already old as I had already new X-ray from Kingston hospital. They said to the first dr that they should be somewhere else soon because I need only advice. I was very unhappy because of this involvement and said that I need already action, because I already had a lot of advices before and I have the toothache and some other problems. I wouldn’t like to write about all my diagnoses in here.

Then the first dr did check up and after the other dr turned back only for keeping their promise that I will get nothing except advice. I can tell that I had 4 advices before from my Triangle dental practice, Nelson private practice, Kingston hospital and Thomas and Guy online appointment. I think it was very enough. I just don’t understand why they didn’t help me and gave me 5th advice? My dental practice gave me already professional advice and promised me the treatment from Thomas and Guys. Waiting for 6 months just for having 5th advice? Or second advice from Thomas and Guys? First one was online. 

If I tell that I am stressed out a lot it’s not enough. I feel like I was a part of the game and deceived. I didn’t like this second dr at all. I found them very cruel and mean. If your hospital doesn’t do any treatments just inform your patients and doctors before coming. My doctor made me promise, I believed her and made a long trip to Thomas and Guys. 

So all in all I was referred to Thomas and Guy by my dental only and only from the treatment and dr didn’t do that as promised even before looking to my newest X ray from Kingston hospital. I feel deceived and stressed out a lot. Very very bad experience.
