(as the patient),

I want to thank the care  of hospital staff at Ulster Hospital Belfast who showed much compassion we lost a very dear family member to COVID on Christmas Morning 2020 at a age of 91 I received my 1st dose of the vaccine, the staff were so helpful and so friendly and very caring and it made me at ease during this time of COVID I think the HNS staff are doing a wonderful job being on the front line in helping people they are worth there weight in Gold
