(as a service user),

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff in delivery suite and 2 West in Craigavon Area Hospital. I had my baby 3 weeks ago and I cannot fault the whole experience, everyone put us at ease and reassured us. I was anxious about going in with covid and unsure how it was going to work, but I had no need to worry as everyone was lovely and very considerate to my needs. Thank you everyone

Many thanks for your lovely compliment on our service. It is lovely to hear that you felt at ease whilst in hospital. It can be a very daunting experience and to know your experience was positive is reassuring to the whole team.
