About: Kingston Hospital

(as a service user),

I was waiting to collect a prescription from Boots pharmacy. The receptionist was abrupt, rude and loudly announced my medical problems. I waited for over 35 minutes and when I asked about the time I was given an equally rude response. I was upset nearly to the point of tears about theway I was spoken to.
