"My recent time as inpatient"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / General Surgery

(as the patient),

This has been my fifth stay in ward 207 in Aberdeen royal infirmary.   I have had a very complex problem which has not been easily resolved. During each stay I have been overwhelmed with the professionalism of the staff and the care given, especially in these current unprecedented times. I was shown dignity, love and support which made a very difficult time for me bearable. At every stage of my care everything was explained, tests organised in a timely manor and great communication. Words cannot express my appreciation to all of those involved in my care.
