"Excellent person centred care"

Over the last couple of months my elderly mother has required medication review/changes to control her blood pressure. To minimise unnecessary visits to the GP under the current circumstances we have been communicating with her GP Dr Alexander at Bourtreehill Medical Practice by email and occasionally by telephone. We have had swift responses when contacting the surgery and excellent communication between the surgery and Care Pharmacy, Springside resulting in mums care being safely and effectively managed without the risk involved   by visiting the GP in person. I wanted to thank both Dr Alexander, surgery staff and staff at Care Pharmacy for providing excellent person centred care during these extremely difficult times.
