(as a service user),

Today I was fortunate enough to receive my first Pfizer covid vaccine at the Ulster Hospital.  The centre was busy,  but every stage was  efficient and thorough and staff and volunteers gave detailed information/explanations of the process.

A shuttlebus was available from the allocated car park to the front door of the centre which was very welcome. I would like to commend everyone involved in the delivery of the vaccination programme and to thank them for such a positive experience
