Not sure what the other surgerys are like but my experience from wessex road has gone down hill severely since being taken over by Shore medical ...45 mins and still no answer this has happened on numerous occasions (understand about covid but 12 months in! ! ), prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy (20 miles away) not being able to get my diabetic medications on time (sometimes have to go without of even borrow from friends! ! ! ) Think the staff deserve a holiday and shore medical should get more people in to help them its clear they need more staff.
