I had my op last week and wanted to say how impressed I was with everyone involved in my hospital visit, each one of them was very polite and caring, even a lovely young man who got me into the Ward when I didn't know how to operate the entry system! The operation itself was, for me, a daunting thought as I am admittedly a coward in such circumstances, but every member of the team tried to put me at ease to help me through. Although I was dreading it, they were 100% supportive and the mood in the theatre was relaxed and very positive. I love Dr Williamson, she is so personable and I felt very safe in her hands (excuse the pun! ). I am very grateful to each and every person involved in my small op, you all made me feel as comfortable as possible. We are so very lucky to have you, you are all heroes, all the time, but even more so in the current circumstances. I am in awe of you.
